With August officially here, it’s tempting to let those summer body goals slip away as we anticipate the cooler weather in the weeks ahead. However, whether you are spending your August working hard on deadlines or vacationing away the remaining weeks of summer, you should always stay in shape. From weightlifting to kettlebells to easy stretches, look no further than these easy exercises to keep yourself looking fabulous.
Before you start anything, start with a stretching workout, in order to reduce the risk of strained or sprained muscles or any injuries. Exercises like planking (using your toes and elbows as a form of support while stretching and holding up your body) on the form are also a great way to test yourself. After all, it takes a great warm up to help you get the fitness results you want to see.
