Ben Stiller Gives You A Chance To Play Dodgeball With Him
It’s hard to believe its been 13 years since Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story was released. While fans have been clamoring for a sequel to the Ben Stiller/Vince Vaughn film ever since it became a surprise hit, nothing has materialized. This morning however Ben Stiller released a video announcing that he’s giving everyone a chance to play a game of dodgeball with him and his friends. And of course, the video features him in character.
Ben Stiller played White Goodman in the film, and in the new video he’s once again gathered a team of professional dodgeball players together. He needs another player though, and is offering you a chance to play on his team. Vince Vaughn appear though with his team of Average Joes, including Christine Taylor and Justin Long. They implore you to vote to play with them instead. The video will definitely take you back to the fun of the film.
The charity campaign is hosted by Omaze, and like most online charity campaigns, the more you donate, the more you get. From entries into the contest, to t-shirts, signed DVDs, to signed dodgeballs and even costumes from the movie. You can check it out at either either omaze.com/globo or omaze.com/joes. Whichever side you chose, this sounds like a fun little fundraiser. Watch the video below.
