It seems that green brands are carving out a significant place for themselves within the beauty industry. Many eco friendly beauty junkies are beyond happy about these natural and organic products. Over the past few years, green beauty has become less of a niche market, as many consumers have become aware of what goes into their makeup. Many of the green brands have also made a conscious effort with regards to branding, scents and packaging of their products which have also made them more popular. With April marking Earth Month, we’ve rounded up a few green makeup brands to keep an eye out for now.
1) RMS Beauty: Breaking away from natural cosmetics, RMS Beauty claims to offer products that are formulated with raw, organic and food grade ingredients in their natural state and purest form. According to their philosophy, they are highly focused on creating products which heal and nourish the skin. With a wide variety of products ranging from face, lips, eyes and skin, RMS aims to avoid chemicals used in traditional cosmetics.
2) Juice Beauty: Juice Beauty has recently upped their game by recently collaborating with actress Gwyneth Paltrow. This beauty line has been developed with a commitment to health and sustainability. It claims to use an antioxidant and vitamin-filled organic botanical juice base, which is mixed with skincare ingredients.
