Rapper Joe Budden and his partner, entrepreneur and model Cyn Santana will reportedly appear on season 9 of “Love Hip Hop: New York,” Variety reports.
Both of the stars are alumni of the show, with their lives being followed throughout season 4 of the VH1 franchise. But their storylines ran parallel to each other, never intersecting or crossing paths in any way that would indicate their love to come.
Rumors spread of the pair linking up back in 2016. Two years later, in January, the couple would welcome a baby boy to their family.
Both parents previously had dramatic breakups with significant others, with Joe being dumped after his Times Square proposal to Tahiry, and Cyn’s fiery relationship with Erica Mena burning up in flames.
But the two clearly found love in a hopeless place.
Back in August, Joe penned an ode to Cyn when she was still pregnant with their son, Lexington.
He captioned an Instagram post saying, “I never knew we’d get here, it’s funny…I never saw you in that light. Now I never see light without you. I never courted you, and if I did, I never acknowledged it. I never had a friend in romance. I never thought that was possible. I never have laughed this much or hard. I never knew you or your energy were so radiant, enigmatic even…. but I never knew you……….
I never could’ve been more deprived. I never felt this way before. I never not thank God for every intricate detail that make you whole. It makes me whole.”
The cast of the upcoming season of “Love Hip Hop: New York” will also include rapper Remy Ma and her husband rapper Papoose, Safaree, Kimbella, Juelz Santana, Yandy, Juju more.
