Prepare yourself, Lady Gaga is about to be everywhere once again. Not only does the pop superstar have a new album on the way in October, and currently starring in the sixth season of American Horror Story, but the 30 year old also confirmed yesterday through Twitter that she will be headlining the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show. Her words were blunt and to the point “It’s not an illusion. The rumors are true. This year the SUPER BOWL goes GAGA!”

Gaga surprised audiences around the world last year when she sang the National Anthem last February at the Superbowl, not because she sang it, but because she didn’t do anything shocking. That may not be the case this year when she’s headlining the halftime show. In fact her fans can pretty much bank on the fact that she will do something memorable. And you won’t have to wait long to find out at least a little bit of what she’s got planned. Gaga is set to appear on the FOX NFL pregame show with sportscaster Curt Menefee and Michael Strahan this Sunday to reveal some of what she’s got in store.

The long await fifth studio album by Lady Gaga is called Joanne, and it will debut on Oct.21. Super Bowl LI will be on Sunday, February 5th.
