Maxine Waters Still Isn’t Here For Trump And We Don’t Blame Her

If you thought Congresswoman Maxine Waters was done stating her opinions, think again. On Saturday (April 15), Waters stood front and center during the Tax March in Washington, calling for the impeachment of Donald Trump.
“I don’t respect this president. I don’t trust this president. He’s not working in the best interests of the American people,” Waters said. “I will fight every day until he is impeached.”
There were more than 150 cities across the country that protested in hopes of urging the president to release his tax returns. In D.C., Waters led the crowd in chanting “impeach 45.”
“We know one thing, you do know you know something about taxes,” Waters continued, in regards to Trump saying he can’t release his returns because of an audit, while the IRS has maintained that nothing prevents individuals from releasing their own tax information. “Donald Trump, you sure know how to spend our taxes on your weekly trips to Mar-A-Lago.”
