The 2020 Canadian International Autoshow Starts This Weekend
If you are looking for ideas of things to do this upcoming long weekend, one thing you may want to consider is the Canadian International Autoshow at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre that starts this Friday the 14th of February and runs until the 23rd. You’ll find plenty of things of interest for the whole family, and the cost of admission won’t break the bank.
When you think of an autoshow, you may have a lot of ideas in your head as to what you can expect. While there are indeed people there showcasing the newest and best vehicles, while trying to get you to sign on the dotted line to lease or buy one, there is a lot more to it as well. For instance, 15 classic, rare and valuable cars will be on display, as will the world’s most exclusive Bugatti. Your kids will be able to enjoy life-size replicas of vehicles from the upcoming Pixar film Onward, as well as Lightning McQueen from the Cars films and a replica motorcycle of Duke Caboom from Toy Story 4. You will also get to see Canadian military vehicles from the past and present. There will be driving simulators on hand, if you don’t feel like taking a real test drive that is, as well as video game racing competitions, and you can even catch a glimpse of future technology including concept cars. All of this is just the tip of the iceberg though, and you will be able to find something to keep you busy all day long. Even if you aren’t a car person, you will find things of interest at the autoshow that will keep you entertained throughout your visit.
The Canadian International Autoshow is at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre this Friday and runs until the 23rd. It’s a great way to spend time with the family. Tickets are available now.
