Tiffany Haddish To Produce Comedy Series For HBO

For the first time, Tiffany Haddish will be behind the camera instead of in front of it. The Last OG star will be serving as executive producer for Unsubscribed, a HBO comedy series. The series is described as “an examination of female blackness, beauty, and identity through a behind-the-scenes look at the Instagram hustle.”
Unsubscribed is one of the products of Haddish’s two-year deal with HBO and her production company, She Ready Productions.
The west coast native also has a slew of new films hitting theaters in the near future. She’s starring alongside Kevin Hart in Night School, which is slated to be released in September. Haddish will also be starring in New Line Cinema’s “The Kitchen” and executive producing and starring in “Limited Partners.”
Haddish will also be the executive producer for Universal Studio’s upcoming flick, The Temp. The 38-year-old also inked a Netflix deal and will be the lead voice in an animated series, Tuca Bertie.
