Watch The Trailer For Amandla Stenberg’s New Movie Everything, Everything
Amandla Stenberg is building quite the resume for herself. After starring in the blockbuster Hunger Games series, she’s also slated to star in an upcoming project where she plays a biracial girl in a German internment camp. And now, a recent trailer that has surfaced, shows that she’ll also lend her talents to a coming-of-age/love story with a twist.
Judging by the trailer, Amandla’s character, Madeline, suffers from a type of sickness that prevents her being able to be outside. She’s 18-years-old and has never stepped out. But when a new family moves into her neighborhood, the family’s teenage son comes in a shakes things up, much to the chagrin of her protective mother, played by Anika Noni Rose.

Everything, Everything hits theaters on May 19.
