The 39-year-old, who is absolutely glowing, did a whole video about the best and quickest treats to make for a gender reveal party. By the end of the episode, Mowry bit into one of her creations, a cake pop, and shared the big news. She’s having a girl!
(Feel free to zip past to 11:00 where the reveal happens…)
“We’re having a girl!” she said in the clip. “Cree is going to have a baby sister. We are so excited.”
The actress is already a mom to six-year-old Cree and announced that she was expecting her second child back in November, to everyone’s immense excitement:

And while she is on cloud nine about welcoming a baby girl with husband Cory Hardrict, back in 2015, she said that she thought girls would be “hard” in comparison to boys. She said this when twin Tamera was pregnant with daughter Ariah.
“We’re really excited to have a girl come into the family because we have two boys,” Tia said to PEOPLE after Tamera’s baby shower. “She’s going to be so spoiled. I can’t wait — it’s definitely giving me baby fever. I think, Okay, maybe I can do this again.’”
“Girls are hard. They’re very hard,” she continued. “I love my son. I hear the relationship between mommy and son is the best. Who knows? My husband wants a girl, he really does.”
And the good news, he’s getting one!
