Usher is good at quite a few things. He can sing, he can dance, and if you weren’t aware, he’s also pretty good at yoga.
The 39-year-old musician is actually quite flexible. He takes Vinyasa yoga classes often, and if you’ve ever checked him out at work, it’s the reminder you need that yoga is not simple, boring stuff. It’s hard.
He shared a picture of himself this week “starting the day right” in some pretty tough poses, sweat dripping off of him as he was assisted at one point in the wheel pose by an instructor:

It could be hot yoga, or he could have just been working really hard. Either way, we’re here for a hefty sweat session.
Usher has actually been a yoga fan for many years. As he told Men’s Health all the way back in 2010, he often does yoga and even Pilates to get his body loose and ready to execute dance moves. There are also videos of him on YouTube (taken from his Instagram stories) in yoga classes and trying a few poses on his own at home.
Not only does yoga help the “No Limit” singer maintain and build strength all over, but we’re sure it also brings him a sense of peace, which after the year he’s had, he could probably use a lot more of.
